I. Ordering
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Right now our website is only set up to ship to addresses in the United States. However, we're working on shipping to Canada - we hope to have it set up soon. If you're outside the US and interested in ordering, please send us an e-mail and we can calculate shipping for you!
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: No, we currently do not accept PayPal.
Q: Can I pay with check or money order?
A: Yes! Just select "Check or Money Order" as you finish up your order. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on where to send the payment. We will hold your order for 10 days to allow time for the check or money order to arrive. Your order will ship as soon as the Check or Money Order clears, which normally takes just a few days at most.
Q: Can I pay for my order with cash?
A: Please don't - it just isn't safe. Instead, get a money order. Many places carry them, such as your local Post Office, as well as many grocery stores. Plus, they're cheap - usually a dollar or less. If you send cash and it doesn't make it, there's nothing we can do.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard & Visa only), and by check or money order.
Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A: Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. In the case of backordered items, your credit card will not be charged for them until they ship also, even if the have to ship later than the rest of your order.
II. Shipping
Q: What shipping methods do you use? A: All orders are shipped either UPS or Fex Ex Ground/Home Delivery. However, these carriers will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping for all orders is a flat rate of $5.00 plus 50 cents for each additional item.
Q: Do larger items cost more to ship?
Q: When will my order ship out?
A: All orders are shipped 1-2 business days unless back ordered, or unless we are out of town for the weekend at an anime convention. If we're at a con, we'll get it out to you as soon as we return! (Usually the following monday.)
Q: How soon will I receive my order?
A: Most orders ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If an item is back ordered, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your order. In some cases (especially if we think an item you ordered may take longer to get back in stock) we may ship the items that are in stock to you immediately, and ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they arrive back in stock. In this case, you will not be charged any more for shipping, and we will not charge you for the backordered item(s) until they ship. Once the orders are shipped, the standard ground shipping will arrive in 1 to 5 business days to most locations.
III. Returns
Q: What is your return policy? A: If an item you receive is damaged or defective, we will be happy to take care of it. If this happens, please contact us first via e-mail. We will have you mail the item back to us. We will refund you the money you spent to ship the item back, and send you a replacement item. In some cases we may open the replacement item to make sure it does not have the same defect. If an item is not defective, shipping will not be refunded. The item may only be returned if unopened, and may only be returned for store credit. Clothing must be unwashed with the tags still attached.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: Please see our Privacy Policy Page (links to it are at the top and bottom of the site). In short: None of your information is ever shared with any other companies, people or third parties for any reason. This includes your e-mail, address, and everything else.

Q: Trading figures - is there any way I can tell which figure I-ll get beforehand?
A: Many trading figures come randomly packaged, with no way to tell which figure you'll be purchasing. If a trading figure is random, it will be listed as so in its description.
Q: Do you sell Fansubs?
A: No. Fansubs are usually made by Anime fans so that other fans can experience Anime that hasn't been released in the U.S. yet, and aren't really meant to be sold. You can find plenty of information on Fansubs on the web.
Q: Do you sell bootlegs?
A: No. Everything we sell is official and original, either imported or domestic.
Q: Do you sell Hentai?
A: Nope, sorry.
Q: Can you get me an item not listed on your website?
A: Yes! We can get pretty much anything that is in print (DVD, CD, Wallscroll, Toy, or otherwise!) Send us an e-mail if you are interested in having us order anything for you.
